I offer virtual psychotherapy services and in-person sessions in Toronto's West End.

Individual Psychotherapy

Therapy is a relationship, and finding a good fit is important.

I offer a free 15- to 20-minute video consultation for clients who want to connect before committing to an initial session.

I offer a number of sliding scale spots in my practice.

These spots are reserved for people who face systematic barriers to accessing mental health services.

I will issue a receipt for each session, which can be used for insurance and income tax purposes.

Unless previously discussed, I have a 24-hour cancellation policy.

This means that I need a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel a session without charge.
